Of course you can, if someone provides 64-bit packages. AFAIK on
anjuta.org we only provide 32-bit binaries but you could either rebuild
them for 64-bit or look out if Kubuntu provides such packages. Normally
you should also be able to run 32-bin packages on a 64-bit system.

> 2 - Can I development Anjuta 1.2.4 integrate Blade ?

What's Blade? Anyway, we do not recommend to use 1.2.4 anymore.
