Hi!

While I don't know the exact function of rpmbuild I assume that
gnome-build 0.1.3 is a depency specified in anjuta.spec.

The clean way is to build an rpm of gnome-build (what is the problem?).
The not so clean way would be to remove gnome-build from anjuta.spec.
