Hi!

I don't know if automake supports having a bin/ directory but if it
supports it and you manually configure it, it will work with anjuta >
2.01. Anjuta does not support this out of the box.

You should read the CVS documentation (info cvs) or refer to some
document in the web to understand how CVS works. Anjuta has a very thin
wrapper over CVS, it should gives you input- and checkboxes which are
used a parameters for the "cvs" command line utility.
