Hi Richard!

You have to install the -devel versions of all these packages which
contain the header files. It is possible that anjuta 1.2.4 still uses
gtkmm-2.0 instead of gtkmm-2.4 in the project in which case you have to
change this in configure.in or update to anjuta 2.0.2
