[Anjuta-list] local m4 files in anjuta?

I'm playing with the idea of writing a wxWindows program. However, I
compiled wxWidgets 2.6.1 myself instead of using my distro's packages.
The reason for this is wxWindows 2.6.1 in Debian forces me to use gcc
4.0 which I don't want to do just yet.

So, i have the wxwin.m4 file in /usr/local/share/aclocal instead of
/usr/share/aclocal. Using the "auto generate" command fails every time
with things like:

./configure: line 22656: AM_OPTIONS_WXCONFIG: command not found
./configure: line 22657: syntax error near unexpected token `2.3.2,'
./configure: line 22657: `AM_PATH_WXCONFIG(2.3.2, wxWin=1)'

I've tried several things like copying wxwin.m4 to my local directory,
no go. I've tried running aclocal on the command line with a -I
/usr/local/share/aclocal in the comamnd and then run configure but
actually the same problems ensue.

So does anyone have ideas on how to get this to work properly from
within anjuta (and I gather autogen.sh)

Thanks in advance.
