Would it not be nice if one could do all development of Windows GTK+ applications on Linux, including linking to produce the final executable, even if this meant that one had to do a static link?

I am compiling using borland bcc under wine on my Linux box. But as I am not targeting windows I have no idea if this helps you.

I have modified the error message handling, so clicking on the borland errors jumps to the source line. But the patch is not very clean and really needs improving before I post it. Does anyone want it?

David, I believe that some people are actually using Visual Studio 6 to develope GTK+ programs. Do you know anything about this ?
