[Anjuta-list] Compiler options are not taking affect

I am running version 1.1.97 and I can't seem to set my compiler flags. I
have tried adding the -Wno-deprecated flag through the compiler settings
dialog but it doesn't take. I can add include paths, library paths, and
libraries but not compiler flags. Am I doing something wrong or is this
a bug?
