I've added this to the FAQ in my local copy. It will be in the next
relesed version.
This is a request to everyone: If you feel that something should be in
the FAQ/manual, please send me the question (and if possible, the
anser). I'll take care of adding it to the FAQ/manual. This way, we can
keep the documentation up-to-date.
