[Anjuta-list] Drag and Drop in GNOME

I am running GNOME 1.4.
Drag and Drop in 1.0 works, but only if I had a file open. It wouldn't
work if I just drag and drop a file to an empty Anjuta.
Bug or configuration problem on my side?
