Which version are you using ? If you are using 0.1.9 or CVS (and I'd
strongly suggest CVS - it is very stable now), you can simply import the
project from File->Import Project. This way, you preserve the project
exactly as is and don't have to bother about libraries, etc.
Another thing, use 'Compile using Make' instead of 'Compile'.
