[Anjuta-list] Problems with Compiling

Hello List,
I'm new here and I start with a comiling Question:
When i run the "configure"-Command like this:
./configure \
--prefix=/usr/local/anjuta \
--with-gnome=/opt/gnome \
--with-gtk-prefix=/usr

I always get this Error-Msg:

checking for gnome-config... no
checking for gnomeConf.sh file in /usr/local/anjuta/lib... not found

Why this Script is looking in a DIR that no yet exists?
What's my Error?
