[Anjuta-list] Newby: obtaining postscript version of the anjuta manual

Dear All,

Please apologize if this is too simple a question. I would like to produce and
print a copy of the users manual (to read it on the train while commuting). I
have tried different varieties of:

jw -b ps anjuta-manual.sgml

and

docbook2ps anjuta-manual.sgml

but I always get errors like:

(many like these before)
jade:/usr/share/gnome/help/anjuta/C/anjuta-manual/fileoperations.sgml:45:14:E:
element "GUIBUTTON" undefined
jade:/usr/share/gnome/help/anjuta/C/anjuta-manual/fileoperations.sgml:46:14:E:
element "GUIBUTTON" undefined
jade:I: maximum number of errors (200) reached; change with -E option
jade:/usr/share/sgml/docbook/dsssl-stylesheets-1.76/print/dblists.dsl:155:18:E:

I am obviously doing something stupid, but I can't seem to understand what is
going on. I would appreciate if someone told me how I can obtain ps or pdf
versions of the manual (out of desperation, I searched in the net for alreay
produced pdf or ps versions of the manual, but that didn't find anything).

Thanks,
