[Anjuta-list] popup command definition

Not sure if this is the correct name for what I'm describing but I'll
try and explain.  Don't know if anything can be done about it.

Anyways, I'm working with 0.1.9 at the present time.  Was coding and
started to type the line strcpy and then the popup definition came up
telling me what fields I were required.  This is normal.

Now my observation.  I hadn't finished filling in the strcpy line when I
opened my email.  Floating on top of my email, Evolution, was the popup
for the strcpy command.
