[Anjuta-list] different directories sources

Anjuta is the best.
What I want to know is how can I compile and keep sources and objects
files in diferent directories.
My application is made from 2 different others and I want to know how
can I do that..
If can't be done, I'll do it manualy (a compile script). But how can I
launch my script after the first program
is dome (let's say after 'make')
