Yes the current Project Manager in anjuta does seem to be
capable of adapting any sort of project other that what it
has create.

Stephan Demurgets is working on a new Project Manager module
for anjuta. He claims that this should be able to adapt any
sort of project structure.

Let's wait and see if things get better in future.
