Thanks for your answer. If I create a new Python project, 
autocompletion and the calltips will work. Yeah!! :-)

I always tried autocompletion in the anjuta project "anjuta.anjuta" and 
in this project autocompletion doesn't work. But I could provoke some 
calltips[1].

Now I've a way to test my changes on the Python plugin. Thanks!
