Jamie,

Here is the updated patch. Changes from the v2 version on the mailing
list

1) removed the entry completion widget
2) Fixed whitespace, formatting and naming to meet standards
3) Cleaned up some more includes 
4) Fixed up the pc file

I tested this against a fresh checkout and it seem all good.
