Disable Raise on hover window-border

Hi there,

Is there a way to disable window-raising when the pointer hits the
window-border? That's really anyoing (in my eyes).

I disabled auto-raise on focus via sawfish-ui and auto-raise manually

; Options for auto-raising windows

( require 'sawfish.wm.ext.auto-raise )

; Disable Auto-Raise Completley

( setq disable-auto-raise t )

But for that case, there's no change
