I've added symlink saving to the metadata in the zipfile.

testcase:

Create your profile
create a symlink in Desktop to, say, /usr/share/applications/firefox.desktop
save profile.

If you look in the "metadata" file in the zip file, you'll see a new section,
"links", with the symlink listed.

Re-editing, or applying, the profile should create the symlink.

Please don't ask what I'm doing hacking on Sabayon Christmas Eve.
