[orca-list] using the dock/launcher in gnome

Hi.

I'm working on setting up my new laptop with some sort of linux distro, 
i currently have ubuntu 21.04 installed on it. This is the version that 
comes with gnome by default. So far i'm getting by, but do have one 
question. How can i use the launcher bar with orca? I can't seem to 
switch to it with ctrl alt tab.

This is gnome 3.38
