I like eclipse, but I'm disappointed with the current
accessibility problems presented in linux.

Most certainly.
Libraries like Jquery also work well.
Let me then bundle an all in one eclipse for you guys and put it
up.
I will put all the plugins so that every one gets them configured
right out of the box.
