[orca-list] Introducing my self and my first question

Good morning. 

My name is Vojtěch Šmiro and I am from the Czech Republic. 

I really like Linux and screenreader Orca. For me it is a best system. 

I have got first question: 
what about Speech dispatcher? I am afraid of we will have no voices in Linux distributions, because Speech dispatcher has copiright 2002-2012, but what another years? We have year 2015 and nothing new with speech dispatcher. On what will be Orca speak?
