The control+super+up /down arrow volume controls are unique to Sonar as
far as I know. Most other distros rely on multimedia keys. However,
Sonar uses keyboard shortcuts that are available on the standard
keyboard because not all keyboards have multimedia keys. Additionally,
virtual machine software doesn't always passthrough the multimedia keys
that exist on the host keyboard.
