There are major legal issues with reselling these voices. With Espeak,
you're fine, but with the proprietary voices, you and/or the company you
are working with will need written permission to redistribute and/or
resell their proprietary products. For multiple legal reasons that are
too complicated to enumerate here, it will be much less of a headache to
stick with freedom software or let the user install whatever proprietary
software they want.
