[orca-list] nautilus music integration - mouse hovering

Hi,
the subject kind of describes my question:

I for some time have hoped there would be some way to simulate a mouse 
hover by keyboard input.

The task that promps this is when a user hovers the mouse pointer over a 
song and nautilus plays a few seconds of it.

Is this at all possible currently within Orca or Gnome?
If not; how much would it take to implement?
