Hello is there any blind friendly radio automation software for linux?
I'm not sure what you mean by radio automation. If you want to run a radio
studio then yes, there's software available for Linux which is designed for
that purpose. I can't remember the name, but it was featured on Linux Weekly
News (http://lwn.net/) a while ago.

If you want to control a radio receiver from Linux, this is also possible but
it will depend on the device. Mplayer supports digital TV tuners and some of
them can receive radio as well. If you have in mind wide-band receivers then
there's software for controlling those too, for example the Icom radios that
come with serial interfaces. I have such a radio but it's in a different room
from the computer and thus I haven't tried connecting them together. You can
program the memory channels and scanning functions over the serial port.
