I use Audacity here to record my podcast. Works pretty well. I only 
notice a few problems with knowing which track is selected if there is 
more than one. Fortunately for my podcast, I only record a single track, 
since it's really not a major production. But the main idea is that it 
does work for the most part, although it can stand some help in a couple 
of areas.
