Re: Orca Speaking blank lines

I would like to see a configurable solution here.  Some People will
want blank spoken others will not.  I would prefer a third
alternative, one implemented by emacspeak.  That is blank lines play a
short tone.  Also a blank line containing space plays a different
pitch tone and a line containing only punctuation chars, say a line of
dashes a third higher pitched tone.

Obviously this won't suit everyone so making all of this optional
would be nice.  I'm not sure about the gnome-speech implimentation of
the tones, but the emacspeak speech servers provide a tone function.
If the speech engine can't play tones the tone is simply not played.
