Scott is part of the desktop team working on Ubuntu and is the Canonical
representative at the GNOME Foundation Advisory Board. He's clearly
following what's going on in GNOME. He probably didn't make a lot of
code contributions to GNOME, but he's part of the GNOME universe, I
think :-)
