Kevin has been a very active member of the Beagle development community 
for several months now.  He initially showed up as a user and then 
helped with triage in Bugzilla and offering advice to people having 
issues on IRC.  More recently he has been contributing patches and is 
now one of our more active developers.

Unfortunately I don't know what contributions Kevin has made outside of 
Beagle specifically.  He has been involved in discussions on various 
mailing lists, but I'm not the maintainer of any other modules so I 
haven't checked in on other hacking efforts.
