Historically it's always been someone from the membership commitee - I
do think that the site probably need an overhaul though. Hopefully this
will be one of the first sites that Jeff will include in the new website
structure.

Membership people, any volunteers for this? All the web stuff is in
'foundation-web' in cvs.gnome.org. You should be able to check stuff in
and see the web page automatically update.
