Oh!  I should probably update ours as well.. I think we have good competition :)  I did a venue walk through last week.

Also been trying all week to get our website going and it has been frustrating finding hosting.

Giovanni is a super star and got his CS professor to help us plan an event and secure a location on Stanford campus. The cost would be about $3,800 total for the venue for 3 days unless her department is able to sponsor part of the cost. I also updated our bid summary in the LAS GNOME Vision and Summary 2018 doc. We now have the highest score there and are the most complete bid.
