String Freeze, prerelease on Sunday

I think there will be a kupfer prerelease on Sunday, so now there will
be no more string changes until then. But the active translations are
already very well updated. There are lots of new things to be tested
and new is also a skeleton of User Documentation, but it is not really
ready to be translated (better to work out a better english original
document first).
