I think being in the Conservatoire (i.e. Music School) is the ideal venue. I have already discussed this a little with the venue managers. I'll see what the costs are and try and find a sponsor (I'm serious too!). We might also ask members of the local FOSS community to a) join in and b) loan equipment.

Regardless of equipment we have the whole place booked out (bar a few rooms for ongoing student practice & tution) so you should find plenty of space to practice or have jam sessions.

We haven't decided (argued) the schedule yet but I thought the ideal concert night would be the 19th - the last night of the core conference. What do you think?
