[gthumb-list] ext branch has gvfs problems

Paolo,

Have you tested ext branch with a camera that is accessed through the 
gvfs-gphoto backend?

The gvfs-gphoto doesn't set gfile attributes like 
G_FILE_ATTRIBUTE_ID_FILE, so gThumb crashes if you browse to the camera 
from the folder tree or use the importer 
(http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=593819).

I think ext branch also relies on a number of other G_FILE_ATTRIBUTE_xxx 
that don't exist in the gphoto backend.
