I am talking about the suite of tests one would perform when producing a new release.

Ubuntu has really little to do with Gnome Help. The speed issue would
need to be fixed by the Yelp developers. 2 years ago they said they look
into it ( https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=557456 ).
