As you may know, I have been researching
the Excel encryption algorithm.
According to http://www.crak.com/word8.htm
Excel and Word use the same encryption
algorithm. This is very important.
Code comes with the wvWare distribution
to open encrypted word documents if the
correct password is supplied.
I think that an effort should be made
to modify this code to open encrypted
Excel workbooks if the correct password
is supplied. I don't know how hard that
would be however.
