GDA for the data base plugin. It is unrelated.

My distribution (SuSE Linux) doesn't have a package called GDA. Where
would I get it from? What does the data base pulgin do, exactly?

This problem is not really related to gnumeric directly. The gnome
help browser is not installed. I beleive that is part of the
gnome-core package.

Ok, good. I will try installing that and see if it does the trick.
Thanks a lot.
