gnome-software 3.32 branching (or lack thereof)

Hi,

I'd like to avoid branching gnome-software early for 3.32 this cycle and
only branch after 3.32.1. We have too many regressions from 3.30 and we
need to focus on fixing those first.

There's a hackfest coming in less than three weeks (I'll be there) and I
realize that there's probably going to be lots of new code from there.
Not sure how that's going to play out; maybe it's going to be too much
new code to keep it in side branches. In any case, please avoid
branching before the hackfest to make my life easier :)
