The regressions from 10.7 are: Python support, Key Bindings, Variables, MCCP

Python support will come back in 0.12 with the plugin api rewrite.
Variables will return sooner than that in a 0.11 point release, I'll
add them in when I rework the ui for the trigger/aliases.
MCCP should also be in a 0.11 release. In my local tree it's in a
"mostly working" state but currently telnet subnegotiation is fubared
with MCCP enabled so that needs to be fixed first.
Key Bindings, also most likely a point release feature.

There's a ton of new features in there and, as stated, a few
regressions. I'm fairly proud of the work that's been done for .11
thus far. It gives us a nice base to start pushing towards 1.0.
