Emmanuele Bassi created an issue: #690

I uploaded the incorrect dist tarball from the correct Git tag, so I'd like to upload a new tarball.

I've actually removed the tar.xz and sha256sum file from /ftp/pub/GNOME/sources/devhelp/41/ and fixed the LATEST-IS symbolic link, but if I run ftpadmin install devhelp-41.1.tar.xz, I get an error message.
