That said, there are cases where from a technology perspective (see The evolution-etesync is in the same group as evolution-ews or evolution-mapi, from the Evolution(-data-server) point of view, thus it can use the same group as these use in the GNOME-land. from previous comments) it's actually fine to just go ahead and process the namespace transfer without having to wait for the policy to be fully in shape.
