           Summary: Split gnomeweb-wml into separate modules
    Classification: Infrastructure
           Product: sysadmin
           Version: unspecified
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: Git
        AssignedTo: sysadmin-maint gnome bugs
        ReportedBy: bugzilla-gnome vitters nl
         QAContact: sysadmin-maint gnome bugs
      GNOME target: ---
     GNOME version: ---

The git module gnomeweb-wml has a lot of history.

Would be nicer to split this up into:
* projectsweb-wml (or just projects-web?)
* gnomeweb-wml (or gnome-web?)
* peopleweb-wml (or people-web?)

This will minimize the amount of data people need to download. Lots of
gnomeweb-wml stuff has been moved to other places as preparation for the new
www.gnome.org.

There was also a news.gnome.org in there, but that is really obsolete. You can
only find that in the history. The news.gnome.org we have now is totally
different.

Note: Maybe only split of people.gnome.org and projects.gnome.org. This as
www.gnome.org is (sort of) deprecated anyway.

If someone does this, please keep a bit of history, but not a full copy though.
Suggest looking into the size of the .git directory.
