[Glade-users] libglade in cygwin, code generation problem , Please help

I think I have installed the libgtk package provided by cygwin itself. I also checked as

$ cygcheck -p  libgtk
Found 10 matches for libgtk.
gnome-libs-devel/gnome-libs-devel-1.4.2-3       GNOME 1.4 core libraries (development)
gtk+-devel/gtk+-devel-1.2.10-1  Gimp Toolkit GUI library (development files)
gtk+-devel/gtk+-devel-1.2.10-2  Gimp Toolkit GUI library (development files)
gtk2-x11-devel/gtk2-x11-devel-2.6.10-1  support files, import library and headers for gtk2

libgtkhtml2/libgtkhtml2-2.6.3-2 GTK2 HTML display widget library (runtime)
libgtkhtml2/libgtkhtml2-2.6.3-2-src     GTK2 HTML display widget library (runtime)
libgtkhtml2-devel/libgtkhtml2-devel-2.6.3-2     GTK2 HTML display widget library (development)

I wonder whether there is some mismatch in the version or else. I tried by installing all the packages 
provided by cygwin. Do I have to install the packages explicitly by downloading separately?

In order to find out the required packages, i went to the link
http://www.cygwin.com/packages/libglade/
but I found it to be dead link.

Hi,
You have to install the appropriate develoment files..Mostly theirs 
names are in the form <package>-dev..Also you dont have libgtk-2.0 
installed at all..That explains  your errors while compiling
