GIR schema

Hi all;

I just pushed[0] to the Git repository a schema for the GIR XML
format, as one has been requested for ages and ages.

I used the compact Relax-NG notation because it's, quite frankly, much
more readable than the DTD syntax, and it does not make my eyes bleed
while writing it.

As I wrote this schema while I was learning the Relax NG syntax, I may
have done some mistakes; it also should validate small GIR files, as I
haven't tested it with something like the full Gtk-3.0.gir. If you
know Relax NG, feel free to send me patches and I'll gladly
review/apply them.
