Unable to install on CentOS 6.3

I've been trying for a while to install giggle on CentOS 6.3 without success.  When I run "yum install giggle" I get a "No package giggle available" message.  I'm guessing that I need to point yum to another repo but I can't find details on where that might be.

I've also downloaded and attempted to install a giggle rpm but apparently didn't have the dependencies and decided that there must be an easier way than determining and downloading all of the dependencies manually.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
