[gedit-list] manage snippets doesn't work

Hi
when I try to run Manage Snippets tool on a just installed Lubuntu it
doesn't show and nothing happens

when I run gedit on a terminal and try to use Manage Snippets Tool I
get this message:

It's a bug or do I have something missing?
