 I had this error after running gconf-tools and was able to resolve it after rebooting. So probably stooping 
and starting the service would fix it.

I'm trying to use Evolution to connect to my company's exchange server.
I've made it through all the configuration screens. This message appears
whenever I try to select my exchange mailbox. Can anyone shed some light
on this?
