it's not missing, it's been even improved :) But it wont let you choose
which calendar to save the meeting to if the meeting already exists in
one of your calendars.

the default calendar is the one that is highlighted in the calendar
source tree.

publishing the calendar is being worked on, so probably will be in 2.2
