hi all, now I have found a way how to reproduce the strange behaviour: * I have enabled the shortcut bar, the folder bar and the preview pane. * In the shortcut bar select "Inbox". * Select one of the mail folders in the folder bar. * Select one mail in the maillist. * Now when I click in the empty space of the scrollbar of the preview pane, this view scrolls a full page up and down. * Select another mail folder in the folder bar. * Select a mail from the maillist * When I _now_ click in the empty space of the scrollbar of the preview pane, it scrolls by only a half page, even if I switch back the mail I have viewed before. The only way to switch back to "full-page-scrolling" is to click on "Inbox" in the shortcut bar, select a mailfolder from the folderlist, and then select the mail to be previewed in the maillist. it is strange, isn't it? a - hmm, bug? - in evolution, or one of the graphic components? best regards -stefan- -- -------------------------------------------------------------------- Dipl.
